On the 15th of November 2017, from 6pm to 9pm, th Final Event of the Project Co-operating for Leadership in Tourism, funded by the ERASMUS + Programme, will be take place at the University of Malta-Msida Campus.
Co-Lead Tourism is a European framework project aiming to develop and test capacity building trainings and tools to train team of professionals and trainers with appropriate skills and expertise who can directly assist destinations and enterprises to support their strategies, plans and actions for their sustainable tourism growth.
Co-Lead Tourism counts on the participation of organizations from Malta, United Kingdom and Bulgaria dealing with sustainable tourism; management of tourism destinations, heritage and cultural sites. CoLeadTourism Project is built upon the PM4SD methodology which has been designed to plan and implement tourism and cultural projects with sustainability.
In the Final Project event, the following items will be covered by Project Partners and other outstanding speakers representing some of the most relevant stakeholders in tourism and culture sector at local level:
- General overview of the Co-Lead Project
- Outlook of the PM4SD Methodology
- Review of Project outputs and results
- Presentation of local and European relevant case studies for transferring skills in tourism and culture sector
The Co-Lead Project is co-funded by the European Commission through ERASMUS+, EU programme for education, training, youth and sport for 2014-2020.
